Singapore Weiqi Association organises more than ten tournaments per year, some of them jointly held with other organisations. We wish to express our sincere appreciation to many individuals and organisations for their financial supports. The Singapore Weiqi Association offers a wide range of Weiqi courses in our clubhouses. These include beginner's course for children and adults, courses at intermediate and advanced levels, and special short-term courses held during the school vacation for children. These courses are conducted by professional coaches from China and Korea: Mr Kang ZhanBin (6 Pro Dan) and Ms Cho Mikyung (8 Pro Dan), or qualified coaches arranged by Singapore Weiqi Association.

Presently, there are more than 250 students learning Weiqi in the two clubhouses. Each learner can start from beginner's courses, intermediate courses and up to advance courses. After two three years of learning, a student should be able to achieve a 1-Dan level.
